Understanding & Applying the Law Of Gratitude Will Attract More Into Your Life To Be Grateful For.

The Law of Gratitude is related to the Law of Attraction and is a very powerful natural law of living. It can provide you with a 'natural high' instantly.
And continuous daily practice of being thankful can provide you with deep insight into who you really are and all you have to be thankful for. You can learn to recognize, feel and express true heartfelt gratitude which can 'unlock' the abundant treasure chest of the Universe and all the good things it holds for you.
Unfortunately, the majority of the general population does not understand how to express and apply being grateful to their lives. They are simply unaware of the massive power this natural law can release to them. Truly being thankful can keep you 'connected' to your inner self and open doors of opportunity for you.
Most people focus their thoughts and feelings on everything they don't have in their lives and fail to take inventory of all the good they really possess. You will learn a simple, yet very powerful, technique to show you how much you have in your present life later in this 'classroom.'
When you take the time to express thankfulness and appreciation inwardly to yourself, or outwardly to another person, you immediately feel more relaxed, optimistic, and happy. Scientists have proven that when you have thoughts and feelings of gratitude your mind releases powerful immune-boosting endorphins into your body that result in better overall health and feelings of euphoria.
Levels of stress hormones called cortisol and norepinephrine decrease markedly producing beneficial metabolic changes. Your coronary arteries relax increasing the blood supply to your heart. And your breathing becomes deeper, raising the oxygen level to all your tissues.
Being thankful for what you have can turn an attitude of self-denial into one of acceptance. It can turn the chaos in your life into order and confusion into clarity. It's that powerful.
Daily conscious practice of being grateful results in higher reported levels of alertness, enthusiasm, determination, optimism and energy. Focusing on the gifts you have been given, not what you don't have, is an antidote to envy, resentment, regret, and other false beliefs that undermine your happiness.
Anger and fear also tend to disappear when you are being thankful. It's impossible to feel both the positive, powerful emotion of being grateful and a negative emotion such as anger and fear at the same time. Which would you prefer?
Now that you are aware of the multitude of positive benefits of 'living in a state of gratitude' will provide to you, you should be thankful you are reading this because you can experience them every day of your life.
Let's take a look a simple method to help you begin to 'open the door' of this natural law and apply it's tremendous power to your present life...
DO NOT DISMISS the power of the following practical techniques!
Take pen and paper and begin to write down every good thing in your life. It is very important that you write this on paper to get the full effect of it's power. Begin with the important people in your life such as husband/wife, children, family, and friends. Anyone else who is important to you should also be written down on this list.
Next, write down all the good things in your life, again starting with the large things such as a warm, dry home to live in, your vehicles, electronics, appliances, etc. This list should then include all the smaller things also. Take the list all the way down to include small things such as the lamps that give you light, the clothes that keep you warm, the food you have to eat, the toaster and can opener, and everything else you can think of.
This list should take you hours, if not days, to compile. It needs to be DETAILED.
When finished you should be totally amazed at all the good people and things you have in your life RIGHT NOW. The problem for most people is that they are so caught up thinking about all the things they want and don't have they never take the time to look hard at what is already in their life. We are so busy trying to accumulate more 'things' we miss the true value of what we already have. Do not make this mistake.
Keep this list and look at it daily if possible. At least weekly. Add to it as you meet more people and acquire more things. This will remind you of your blessings and begin to change your mindset and open you to the flow of the power of gratitude into your life.
Do you realize that if your combined family income is over $24,600 per year you are in the top 10% of all wage earners ON EARTH? Think about that.
Every morning you wake up to live another day be thankful immediately. Say the words to yourself. Thank God, the higher power, the source, or whatever you believe in.
And every good thing that happens to you throughout your day again tell yourself how thankful you are, no matter how small it is. Work HARD at this and make it a habit over time. You will begin to notice a powerful change in your attitude. Your 'awareness' of your physical life and your inner self will increase and you will FEEL it. You will begin to experience and physically notice the benefits we talked about earlier.
You will quickly begin to experience the true power of gratitude starting to work in your life and things will begin to change.
Have an attitude of gratitude.
Being truly thankful will automatically attract more people, things, and events into your life to be even more grateful for. This CANNOT fail to happen.
